Bishop Arts is Oak Cliff's commercial heart — a few square blocks around Davis and Bishop Avenues that have become Dallas's most walkable neighborhood strip. Boutique shops, wine bars, craft coffee, and live music rooms that seat maybe 100 people at a time. The Kessler Theater sits at the center of it all, booking national acts in a 400-seat restored 1940s movie house.
